DFW Prop 8 Supporter Black List

Several areas have been posting black lists to encourage LGBT people to stop supporting the supporters of Prop 8 financially. It doesn't mean you have to harass them at their homes or businesses. Just don't waste your money on them. Your choice, of course. They may not even have businesses you can boycott.

So, we wanted to provide everyone with a list of DFW residents who sent over $1000 to support the passage of Prop 8. The names come from the LA Times website search function. GayBoycotts.org also has a handy list of all of the Texans.

The list is staggering at over $335,000 from 59 people!

Alan Stock $9999 Plano. He is the CEO of Cinemark Theaters. Go watch movies elsewhere this holiday season.

Aaron Graham $5000 Flower Mound. Thought about building with Highland Homes? Try another builder for your McMansion.

Alex Dahl $2005 Flower Mound. Looking for document imaging? Forget using PrimeOCR.

Betty Cochran $5000 Denton. Porter Ranch breeds fat cows. We didn't like beef anyway.

Brent Romney $1000 Dallas. If you need your neck and back adjusted, skip this guy. Romney. Damn that sounds familiar.

Carroll McDaniel $1000 Fort Worth. If you need a robot, don't get it from Carlson Engineering.

Chad Packard $5000 Plano. Chad is CEO of Apple Orthodontix. No more braces from you, Apple!

Charles Schwab $1000 Roanoke. No, not the more famous Chuck. This dude is VP of HR for Textron, which builds planes. Really? Someone who deals with benefits doesn't want people to marry?

Collins Jones $1000 Richardson. The GM for Sunburst Shutters of Texas. Go buy some venetian blinds elsewhere.

Curtis Harshaw $5000 Grand Prairie. Asset management company and RV Park owner.

David Fluckiger $5000 Allen. Physicist for Raytheon.

David Martino $5000 Aubrey, James Martino $5000 Aubrey, Richard Martino $5000 Denton. The boys of Russell-Newman Inc. They produce undergarments for many leading companies, like Tommy Hilfiger, Laura Ashley, and Jockey. I am sure Hilfiger would LOVE to hear from everyone about this company. Oh, and they make bathrobes used in hotels like Four Season, OMNI, Disney, and Ritz Carlton.

Gary Baughman $5000 Southlake. CEO of Petmate Corp. Ok pet lovers. No more dog crates from this guy.

Gary Riding $9999 Highland Village. CEO of Voluntas Capital. They invest in stuff. Don't give them your capital.
