We have to hand it to people with PhD's. A Chapel Hill, NC man was tired of his McCain-Palin sign being stolen from his yard. So being the electrical engineer that he was, he rigged the sign to an electric pet fence, set up a camera, and hilarity ensued.
An evil 9 year old liberal touched the sign and got shocked. The boy's father, another evil liberal of course, said he just wanted to see how it was rigged-- and boy did he ever! The owner of the sign claimed the boy wanted to swap it out for an Obama sign. As you know, 9 year olds are crafty sign stealers.
This was the most energy conveyed by a McCain-Palin campaign item during the entire election cycle.
