Denton County's Texas Youth Commission was set to fire one of its superintendents, but she instead quit, according to the DRC. Lisa Cooke, super of the McFadden Ranch in Roanoke quit after it was found she accepted "donations" from inmates' families, and let two juveniles work alongside an adult who's probation prohibited such activity.
